We have secured a discounted block of rooms at the Sonesta Hotel in White Plains for the duration of the competition (February 17-20, 2027).

2027 Discounted Rates

  • King Room: $187.00 per night (plus tax)
  • Two Double Beds / Two Queens: $197.00 per night (plus tax)
  • Parking: Discounted to $10.00/vehicle per night (in hotel enclosed garage)
  • Amenities: Complimentary WIFI included

2027 NELMCC Shuttle Schedule

Important Boarding Notice:

There are approximately 250 guests transporting between the Sonesta and the law school campus. Please make every effort to board early each morning to ensure you arrive on time. The shuttle buses are provided by Elisabeth Haub School of Law.

Hotel Pick-Up Location

Sonesta Hotel: All guest shuttles must go through the back of the hotel off Paulding Street. Take the elevator to the Lower Level (LL). Upon exiting, take a left and the shuttle area is straight ahead.

Law School Pick-Up Location

Elisabeth Haub School of Law: Pick-up is located outside Preston Hall.
